She is the Founder President and Chair Person of SCCI. With the support of Women living in Hyderabad metro she started SCCI as women centered, women headed and women guide Non- Profit Society. The Existing Society has been Transformed in to an NBFC from the closing hours of 31-03-2008 under the Indian Companies Act, 1956 regulated by the Ministry of Company Affairs and also it is a Reserve Bank of India (RBI), registered company, she has Attended number of seminars, workshops on Micro Finance conducted by various organizations like Asmitha, FWWB, IDA, Micro Save etc. She also has Exposure of visiting to CARD Bank at Philippines and has Attended Global Summit on MF at Halifax, Canada.
