R. Girija, Chairperson
She is the Founder President and Chief Executive Officer of Sharada’s Women Association for Weaker Section. (SWAWS). SWAWS, a registered Society and a Microfinance Institution ( MFI), was established in 1999 with a aim of promoting education among girls who belong to the economically weaker section of society.
Continuing with the mission of empowering women and providing support to low-income households, SWAWS started the Microfinance Programme.
Over the last 9 years the programme has grown in volume. To give the financial intermediation a better structure, SWAWS acquired an NBFC and transferred its microfinance program to the NBFC – SCCI(P) LTD.
She has attended number of seminars, workshops on Micro Finance conducted by various organizations like FWWB, IDA, Micro Save etc. She also has Exposure of visiting to CARD Bank at Philippines and has Attended Global Summit on MF at Halifax, Canada.
She has wider contact with organisations dealing with Gender Equality, Economic Empowerment of women etc. She is heading an organisation which is for the Women, by the women and of the Women. |

Monty has over ten years of relevant and progressively responsible experience in a broad range of key areas of Banking, Finance and Capital Markets. His expertise lies in Private Banking, People Management, Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Audit and Compliance, Revenue Cost Management and Change Management. He has strong applied quantitative, analytical and planning skills and a proven ability to motivate and lead a team in diverse business assignments and to manage client relationships. Monty holds a Masters degree in Business Administration

He has served in Pharmaceutical as well as in marketing at various managerial levels in southern region of India. Attended seminars, workshops on Micro Finance conducted by various organizations like FWWB, IDA, Micro Save, IRMA, CGAP, Asian Centre for Entrepreneurial Initiatives, Bangalore etc. Has nine years experience in MFI. Ably supporting promoter with his down to earth practical & analytical approach with human touch and effectively conducting day to day business |

He is a retired Chief General Manager of SIDBI and one of the Pioneers in the microfinance initiatives of SIDBI.He has to his credit more than 30 years of rich banking experience both in commercial & development Banking
